Our 2-hour Virtual Certification prepares you to deliver the half-day workshop in your organization.  We start with an in-depth discussion about the philosophy behind effective feedback, and the training industry findings that prompted the development the iLoveFeedback® program.  Attendees explore targeted organizational needs and outcomes, and implementation options.  After a short content review of the Five Best Practice Steps model and an introduction to the participant Learning Kit materials, attendees select a lesson to teach back.  This ensures your deeper understanding of the program.  Certification concludes after the teach backs are performed.

Individuals interested in certification must have completed the half-day workshop or 2-hour Virtual Classroom.
